The existence of saying that meditation is the same as when we daydream. This I need to explain a little more detailed.
When we daydream, our mind does not stop (blank). Our minds really are wandering (from place to place, from time to time other, and from one state to another). More and more daydreaming, the more we lose our sense of place, time, and we state the obvious at the time. Sometimes when we daydream, we do not answer when called. This happens because we have lost control going our circumstances.
When we meditate, we should not follow our thoughts but we must calm our minds. Tenangkanlah our minds so that we are always aware of the situation now. Clearly appreciate the truth of our awareness of the place, time, and circumstances that are meditating.
Do not think of anything else, whether it is the object in front of us or sick body. Entirely to be faced with the fact that it is real and what is natural. Also do not try to resist or even eliminate it, because this means our minds are already working again. And it's usually a picture thoughts that arise will continue even more strongly to deceive our consciousness.
